WATCH: “The View” Hosts Freak Out, Demand Censorship of Americans after Trump Wins

With the presidential race being called for former president, now-President-Elect Donald Trump, the woke media shows and stations did their predictable routine, freaking out over the supposed threat he poses to “our democracy.” Amongst those participating in the freak-out were the co-hosts of ABC’s “The View,” who said that Trump’s election means more censorship of ordinary Americans and their preferred media personalities and outlets.

Such is what the co-hosts screeched about on Wednesday, November 6, declaring their frustrations with the American electorate and political system. Particularly, they alleged that there is a great deal of supposedly unchecked misinformation online and the government needs to more seriously regulate social media.

Adding to the humor of the freakout, worrisome as demands for censorship might be, was that some of the show’s co-hosts were quite visibly shaken by the election results. Particularly, Joy Behar and Sara Haines were quite shaken, and that internal disquiet led to Behar yelling about censorship of the media to “teach children tolerance.”

Starting her tirade about “fake news” with an attack on Fox News Channel, Behar said, “Can we not let Fox News off the hook, please? All the fake news that’s been going out there. You know, one of the things that we need to do, and it’s not to abolish the Department of Education, as a former teacher, believe me, this is, [Trump’s] talking about doing that.”

Continuing, Behar rambled about how kids in Finland are being indoctrinated in how to discern supposedly “fake news” and “real news,” saying, “In Finland, kids in nursery school are learning to discern between fake news and real news. They should be teaching that in this country.”

Agreeing and chiming in, Sara Haines called for social media censorship and regulation, saying, “Well, it would help if we could regulate social media…because one of the biggest defenders is D.C. and Congress. They have not been able to do one thing in regard to the rogue corporations on social media.”

Commenting on the wild demands pushed by “The View,” the X account The Vigilant Fox Wrote “After lacking the self-awareness to reflect on what the Democratic party got crushed at the ballot box, the show reached a fitting end when panelists Joy Behar and Sara Haines openly admitted their hate for the First Amendment.”

Continuing, the account noted that it was a very, very good thing for Americans who believe in core American values like free speech because of the disaster that would have resulted from the sort of censorship they demand. It wrote, “Thank God these people like this lost in a landslide. What a disaster that would have been.”

Commenting on the wild demands pushed by “The View,” the X account The Vigilant Foxwrote, “After lacking the self-awareness to reflect on what the Democratic party got crushed at the ballot box, the show reached a fitting end when panelists Joy Behar and Sara Haines openly admitted their hate for the First Amendment.”

A commenter on the post pulled no punches in sounding off on “The View,”writing“This is a show of supreme bigotry, arrogance and ignorance. The show once envisioned by trailblazer Barbara Walters as a show to elevate women’s voices and issues, a chance to be taken seriously as journalists has devolved into a shameful degraded and distorted caricature of its intended purpose -its existence today is as grotesque as are the hosts. It is an affront to all women.”

Another commenter sounded off on how the hosts of the woke show spew whatever nonsense they want while demanding censorship of the rest of ussaying “So they can exercise their right to say whatever their unfiltered brains (or lack of one) feel like, but the rest of us have to shut up. They can go fk themselves.”
